I’m pro union because we deserve to work for a university that makes us feel valued and respected. Our jobs are frequently treated as stepping stones, which has left us open to be taken advantage of. We deserve fair wages and a seat at the table. Research assistants are the backbone of research at OHSU, and it’s time the university honors that.
